What changes with enucleation? Everything changes. Enucleation has no theoretical size limit. The technique is the same for a four hundred gram prostate as it is for a thirty gram one.

The laser separates the adenoma tissue, the benign tumour that all men have and that grows with age, from the capsule, it separates it, we push it into the bladder and remove it with a tissue aspirator called a morcellator.

What changes is the morcellation time. It's a little bit longer, because the more tissue there is, the longer it takes us to get it all out. But the enucleation itself is done practically the same way.
